Section 27 :
Offences to be bailable :
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) an offence punishable under this Act shall be bailable.
The Cigarettes And Other Tobacco Products (Prohibition Of Advertisement And Regulation Of Trade And Commerce, Production, Supply And Distribution) Act 2003.
