Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act 2023
In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2023(18 of 2023), the Central Government hereby appoints the 12th December, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act, in so far as they relate to serial number 10 and the entries relating thereto in the Schedule to the said Act, relating to the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951(65 of 1951) shall come into force.
