Subject : IFS Probationers Final Examination Regulations 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Service Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) and in supersession of the Indian Forest Service (Probationers’ Final Examination) Regulations, 2016, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government, after consultation with the Governments of the States concerned, hereby makes the following rules, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement –
(1) These regulations may be called the Indian Forest Service (Probationer's Training and Evaluation) Rules, 2023.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
